Exclusive! “For Seerat’s rash behaviour, I was inspired by Poo’s character and it’s my childhood dream to be part of the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” – Seerat Kapoor

MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most popular and successful television shows and ranks in the top four shows when it comes to BARC ratings.

Fans loved the chemistry between Aryan and Imlie and dubbed them one of TV’s iconic couples.

Although fans miss Fahmaan and Sumbul, they are excited about the new track in Imile.

The series experienced a 20-year leap that saw the arrival of an all-new star cast.

Seerat Kapoor joined the show as “Chini” after the jump and fans praised her for her performance on the series.

Her character is gray and fans hate it when she gets caught between Imlie and Atharva, while at the same time praising her acting skills.

Tellychakkar contacted the actress and asked her if she would ever sign up for a reality show like Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi or Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and how similar she is to Chini in real life.

Do you see a similarity between Seerat and Chini?

I hope the negative traits aren’t the same, but while I’m playing Chini, there’s something of Seerat about the mannerisms, incidents, and behaviors I portray on screen. In the beginning, when Chini was portrayed as a bit immature and bubbly, who was stubborn and wanted everything to herself, the character Poo was inspired. I was won over by the character’s open and effervescent nature.

What is the environment like on the show’s sets and how do you cope?

You know, my brother Veeraj Kapoor has done a lot of TV shows, so I knew what the environment was like on set and how the work was done. When I came here it exceeded my expectations. There are some time constraints, you have to strain yourself and the treatment is not good. But everything is so perfect here and it’s up to our director. He is so positive and makes sure there is no negativity.

There is no misconduct and no unnecessary pressure. Everyone knows that the Lord takes care of everything and everyone is very positive, including the actors.

If you were offered a reality show like Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi or Jhalak Dikhla Jaa in the future, would you accept it?

Actually yes, why not. I limit myself to nothing. If the opportunity presents itself, I’ll see what suits my needs. But actually I’m open to all shows. I love to dance and always wanted to be a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. It’s my favorite show, so let’s see.

Well, there’s no doubt that Seerat’s character as Chini is gray, but audiences gave her a thumbs-up. Today she is a household name.
