James Charles Claps Back at Haters Who Accused Him of Stealing His Makeup Looks
While we were all ~L~I~V~I~N~G~ for viral beauty vlogger James Charles’ epic Halloween makeup looks, some fans grumbled that they’d seen many of the looks before.
A follower on Twitter confronted James about when he could start creating his own looks from scratch instead of modifying other bloggers’ ideas.
Of course, James responded with the most sincere clapping you’ve ever seen.

The conversation sparked a small Twitter rant from James. In the now-deleted tweets, he made it clear that he never tries to pass off someone else’s ideas as his own. He explained that he always tags the original artists in his posts on Instagram. On Twitter, he mentions them in a reply to his own tweet so the MUA doesn’t get flagged in all his fans’ comments.
