The bodybuilding champion shared a video of him doing an impossible hang for 100 seconds. While the challenge applicants didn’t expect Josef to win, the bodybuilder surprised onlookers by holding the bar with one hand and switching hands until he completed his 100 challenge.
As he managed to complete his challenge, he revealed the secret of his success while still holding on to the pole. “It’s about getting the blood to flow back into your arm. You have no blood in your arms“, the Polish fitness enthusiast justified his single hand hanging.
